Kayci
entered an Easter coloring contest at school sponsored by
a local mortgage comapny. We got a call one afternoon just
before
Easter from the office. I checked the caller ID and almost
didn't answer, but I'm glad I did. It turns out that Kayci
beat out all the other kids in town and won first prize.
She won a huge Easter basket full of art supplies.
But
fame is nothing new to this budding little artist. This is actually
the second coloring contest she's won. The first wasa Christmas
coloring contest sponsored by the Germania Credit Union.
Okay, so she actually won second prize and ten dollars in the
Christmas contest, but stil... |

We
usually buy a frozen pizza when we want pizza. But every
now and then we decide to make pizza. This time Kayci made
the entire pizza, right down to spreading the tomato sauce
on the crust. She also added all the toppings and the cheese.
Then she ran right out, got us a six pack of beer and filled
up the truck full of gas. She's just getting so darn big.
Next week we're going to try to teach her to do the taxes.
Great
pizza, by the way. Next time you're over, be sure to ask
for the Kayci special.

Kayci
decided to help Mommy and Daddy out doing yard work (notice
the pink work gloves.) She had a great time playing in the
grass and running around in the yard. The stump you see her
on became a stage and the passing traffic was treated to
a beautiful dance show and a concert.
